Soltius becomes SAP BusinessObjects Partner

Soltius has carried out more implementations of SAP Business All-in-One than all other New Zealand partners combined, and is the only New Zealand-based provider with SAP’s Silver Partner status. Soltius has now signed an agreement to become an SAP BusinessObjects partner, enabling the business solutions consultancy to offer full, end to end service – from blueprinting and licensing to post go-live support – for SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management solutions
Soltius has long had a Business Intelligence (BI) team providing BI and Business Warehouse services to clients, and SAP’s acquisition of BusinessObjects in 2007 has added a range of complementary tools to the SAP BI product suite.
BI is increasingly being turned to as a way to gain business value from the large amounts of data generated by business activities. BI Solution Architect Erik Roelefs joined the Soltius earlier this year after more than a decade of implementing BusinessObjects solutions around the world. He says the first step for many companies should be to develop a business-led BI strategy to ensure that projects provide business value.
