Support certification a New Zealand first

A leading SAP Channel Partner with offices in Auckland and Wellington, Soltius’ support desk was certified by the global ERP vendor this month after a comprehensive evaluation.
Certification is awarded for meeting the highest support service standards and being correctly aligned with SAP processes, ensuring that customers receive seamless end-to-end service.
Soltius has more than a decade’s experience in providing support services for SAP products and more than 20 of Soltius’ customers use its support desk, including a range of medium-sized businesses and some of New Zealand’s largest companies.
Soltius is officially the best SAP consulting firm in the country to work for after being named in the top 10 at last week’s JRA Best Places to Work Awards.
